New underground storage at northeast corner of Main Street and Horne (requires property acquisition)
New surface storage basin at 2nd Avenue and Horne with new storm drain connection to Main Street storm drain via Horne corridor
New surface storage basin at Pioneer Park with connection to Main Street storm drain

New storm drain in the Stapley Drive corridor from Main Street to Broadway Road
Increase the size of the existing storm drain in Stapley Drive corridor from Broadway Road to Southern Avenue
